The Warehouse Associate/Flex Driver is responsible for assisting the Warehouse Manager and warehouse staff with all inbound shipments, inventory consolidations, row cleanup, warehouse cleanliness, opening the warehouse and offices, and meeting general warehouse needs as assigned. Mandatory fill in driver/ delivery assistant when needed for deliveries to NYC area. On-site training provided.

Goals and Expectations

• Flexible start morning start time Monday-Friday
• Responsible for accuracy of all inbound shipments and outbound shipments.
• Responsible for the warehouse team meeting receiving and bin consolidation deadlines set by senior management.
• Responsible for ensuring the warehouse machinery, and trucks are kept tidy, clean, and organized, as well as maintained and kept in safe condition.
• Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and all products.
• Must effectively learn computer system operation (Oracle/NetSuite) and processes.
• Other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse operation containing more than 1,500 SKU’s.
• Forklift and heavy equipment certifications required.
• Computer literate
• Must present strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a changing environment through contingency planning and appropriate resource allocation.
• Must possess the ability to manage a diverse workload and multi-task efficiently.
• English speaking preferred.

Salary: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour
